We want to ensure that each of our customers enjoys a unique and relaxing treatment experience. Here are some tips for a better spa experience:

Treatment bookings
We recommend that treatment bookings are made in advance.

Spa
Before treatments, you can relax in our spa department, the use of which is included in the price of treatments (excluding baths, Neurosonic treatments and salt room). The steam sauna, infrared sauna, Finnish sauna, experiential showers and the pool area together with its jacuzzis provide their own added pampering for everyday life. If necessary, bathing suits can be rented from the hotel reception.

Arrival
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your own scheduled treatment session. In this way, you will have time to fill in the preliminary information form and relax before your actual SPA treatment. You will be provided a bathrobe, slippers, key bracelet and a towel at the hotel reception. The spa treatment facilities and the spa are located at the first floor of the hotel, and you can access them either by lift or stairs from the hotel’s lobby. At the spa, men and women have their own changing rooms, which are equipped with lockers.
We recommend that hotel guests change in to their bathrobes and slippers already in their room.

Late arrival
Please be on time. Your own treatment session may be shortened due to arriving late, and the full price of the treatment session will be charged despite the shorter treatment session.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be made no later than 48 hours before the start of the treatment. If the cancellation is made 24 hours before the start of the treatment, we shall charge 50% of the price of the treatment. We shall charge the full price of the service for uncancelled treatment bookings.

Preliminary information form
Please remember to mention, if you have an illness, allergy, you use any medication, or you are pregnant. In this way, we can confirm the suitability of the treatment.

Mobile phone
In respect of other customers, please turn off your mobile phone while in the spa treatment facilities.

Contact lenses and jewellery
If you use contact lenses, please remember to remove them before the start of the treatment. Jewellery should also be left in the changing room lockers.

Relaxation area
After the treatment, you can stay and relax on the warm marble beds in the relaxation area and enjoy tea and other refreshments. In addition, you can purchase products at the SPA shop.
