ROOM ONLINE RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATION

LÅNGVIK CONGRESS WELLNESS HOTEL
These reservation and cancellation terms apply to room reservations made through Långvik Congress Wellness Hotel’s website and  additional products sold on the website. These terms apply to reservations made by individuals, unless a separate agreement has been made. These terms do not apply to reservations made by individuals when reservation is made for a group of more than 6 people.

Products in the online store are sold by Ryokan Oy, business ID 2705969-4. Product prices include value-added tax. We reserve the right to change the prices.

RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION
Products are reserved through the Långvik online store, www.langvik.fi. Only a person over the age of 18 is allowed to make a reservation.

All bookings will be confirmed by e-mail, which will state the price of the booking, and list the products ordered. To receive confirmation of your booking, you should supply an email address when ordering. Customers always agree to current terms and conditions when making a booking.

ONLINE RESERVATIONS FOR MINORS
Only a person over the age of 18 is allowed to make an online reservation. The adult making a reservation for a person under the age of 18 will be held responsible for the minor, whether he or she accommodates with the minor or not and his or her behaviour at Långvik Congress Wellness Hotel. Persons under 18 staying at the hotel without a guardian will be asked for identification at check-in. An underage person travelling alone will need a letter of consent signed by a guardian. The letter has to include the minor’s name, birthday and dates of arrival and departure. The name and contact information of a guardian are also required.

ORDERING ALCOHOL WITH ROOM RESERVATION
Only natural persons aged 18 or above can order alcoholic beverages for their own personal use.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The hotel room is at your disposal from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. On your departure day the room must be vacated by 12:00 noon. The hotel is entitled to apply exceptions on check-in and check-out times stated above.

A person staying at the hotel must present valid identification upon request.

For safety reasons, only checked-in guests are allowed on private premises and the maximum capacity per room may not be surpassed.

PETS AT THE HOTEL
Pets are welcome to stay at Långvik Congress Wellness Hotel. Pet-friendly rooms are available upon request for an additional charge. Hotel guests bringing pets must inform the hotel in advance and are personally responsible for the well-being of their pets as well as any damages and expenses their pets may incur. Pets are prohibited from disturbing other hotel guests. As we have a limited number of pet-friendly rooms, we highly recommend booking a room in advance. Note that pets are not allowed to access to the restaurant area.

PAYMENT METHODS
In the online store products must be paid in advance as a deposit payment. The online store accept credit cards (Visa or MasterCard).

CANCELLATIONS
Payment for hotel rooms is made in full at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes must notified by phone 09 2959 9301 or by email reception@langvik.fi. Cancellation policies will vary according to the price at which you made your booking.

Read pricing information carefully when making your booking. Cancellation options depend upon the terms and conditions
for the selected tariff at the time of booking.

NON-FLEX prices will be charged in full at the time of booking, and they are not entitled to cancellation, changes or substitution of products. Non-Flex prices are available only in the online store.

OTHER PRICES will be charged in full at the time of booking.

Changes or cancellations to these reservations must be made by 18:00 a day before arrival. The booking can be transferred to a later date or exchanged for an equivalent gift card. The pre-payment for a reservation may also be exchanged for a gift card corresponding to the value of the reservation.

If a booking is cancelled because the customer, or a member of his or her immediate family, is suddenly taken ill, has an accident, or dies, the customer is entitled to recover the amount paid. The cancellation must be made before the accommodation period begins. For a refund to be processed, a medical certificate or other credible documentation of the reason for cancellation must be provided to Ryokan Oy within 14 days of the cancellation. No refunds will be processed based on documentation that is provided later than that. Cancellations made during a stay or stays that are cut short are not entitled to a refund.

THE RIGHT OF RYOKAN OY TO CANCEL RESERVATIONS
In the case of overwhelming obstacle, force majeure, or obstacles independent of Ryokan Oy, (e.g. fire or water damage), Ryokan Oy may cancel the booking. In this case, the customer is entitled to repayment in full. If payments related to the booking are not made on time, Ryokan Oy has the right to cancel the booking.

OTHER
Ryokan Oy reserves the right to modify the delivery terms. Before making a booking, the customer must read the current booking and cancellation terms and conditions. Ryokan Oy handles all customer information in strict confidentiality.
