HEALING SALT THERAPY
A meditative breathing session in a salt room. We utilise the salty air, which provides soothing effects on the respiratory system, in an activity where light stretches activate the body parts that are active during breathing, and the simple breathing exercises lead to relaxation alongside your own natural breathing.

BREATHE & MEDITATE WITH NATURE
A breathing sensory meditation trip to the nature. We quiet down to observe, what our senses convene to us about the inner and outer world of our body, and how it is possible to affect, what we receive and how we interact with our environment.

BALANCE YOGA / ENERGYOGA 
An agility-promoting, strengthening and balance-improving yoga exercise where breathing leads to a flow of movement and the dialogue of stopping. The content is planned around the customer’s wishes, as either dynamic or relaxing.

RHYTHM BALANCE – MOVE WITH AWARENESS
A session that stimulates the senses of the body and state, where we develop our skills of presence and examine our bodies’ and minds’ movements in relation to the environment. This somatic exercise provides the foundations for e.g. managing posture, position and balance, as well as finding your personal resources.

YOGIC SLEEP
A guided session of deep relaxation, where the body and mind are systematically directed towards releasing tension through conscious presence. The exercise efficiently rejuvenates after stressful situations and offers an opportunity to experience a meditative state of mind.

HYPOPRESSIVE 60min
Hypopressive is a unique form of exercise and rehabilitation, which utilises breathing capacity. During the exercise, a vacuum is formed in the stomach cavity by actively raising the chest and ribcage out and up after exhaling, while holding your breath (apnea). Movement series that conform with fascia lines and open up the neural tissue can be carried out in connection with apnea. Hypopressive allows you to efficiently increase your oxygen intake and the management of the pelvic floor, you will obtain a good posture and a flat abdomen. A very impressive, interesting and fun lesson! The lesson can be combined with trigger point therapy and/or an end relaxation session.

FASCIAMETHOD 60min
FasciaMethod is a body management method developed by Finnish physiotherapists. The FasciaMethod exercise is used to comprehensively and dynamically affect mobility. The aim is to achieve movement between the fascia levels, and thus, hydrate the muscles’ and fascia’s’ continuum, i.e. myofascia. The main point of focus during the exercise is in myofascial mobility, in addition to which dedicated stretches are completed for the body’s most commonly tensioned muscles. The FasciaMethod lesson always ends with the management of trigger points and a final session of relaxation. The FasciaMethod lesson is suitable for everyone, who wishes to promote their well-being and improve their posture as well as balance. The movements are simple, but effective – you will get sweaty and feel good during this lesson!

PHYSIOPILATES 60min
PhysioPilates consists of pilates exercises, which are led by a certified and professional physiotherapist. PhysioPilates is based on a body management method created by Joseph Pilates, and its aim is to develop endurance, mobility and a good feeling. The efficiency of the method is based on six principles: attention, the use of the body’s core, control, accuracy, flow of movement and managed breathing. The instructor’s physiotherapy background and high quality pilates training ensure that you will receive the precise movements for your problem. With the exercises, you will learn to e.g. use your body’s muscles in an optimal manner, in which case over-active muscles will relax and the muscles supporting the torso’s posture will strengthen. In this way, you will promote your own well-being through improved body management. The lesson is suitable for everyone, and the professional instructor shall teach the easier and more challenging variations of the movements. You will find muscles that you didn’t even know existed! The lesson can be combined with trigger point therapy and/or an end relaxation session
