See the factors that affect your well-being and find balance between action and rest. Firstbeat wellness analysis tells you how your body reacts to the different situations of everyday life. The round-the-clock heart rate interval measurement of three days gives you an individual description of the burdening and recovering factors as well as the influence of exercise.

By seeing and acknowledging the factors affecting your well-being you will be able to control stress, recover better and exercise in the right way. Firstbeat wellness analysis depicts the adequacy of your recovery and helps you recognize the stressful factors at work and in your free time. Even small changes can have a significant impact on your well-being! The well-being analysis will evaluate the quality and adequacy of your sleep and help you find a solution to find better ways of recovery. You will also find out whether you are being active enough and whether your exercise is effective enough to have a positive influence on your health and improve your condition.

YOGA TO WAKE UP 

When you are longing for a lovely way to wake up. The magic of yoga lies on combining movement, position and breathing. Focusing on the yoga positions – or asanas – will take away stress and tenseness. After the exercise you will feel light and renewed.

The lesson consists of basic level yoga exercises at a calm place. The instructor will offer many alternatives for people with different levels of mobility and people with mild mobility restrictions can join in too. Yoga reduces stress and nervousness and it is a great way of balancing out busy everyday life. We will make the lesson light or intense according to your wishes. You participate in the lesson comfortable clothing that is suited for light exercise and with bare feet.

RELAXING STRESS RELEASE 

When you need relaxation and recovery. The stress release lessons focus on the interaction between body and mind. The exercise will help you reduce stress, gain more mobility and recover from the burden of everyday life. The exercise combines the best parts of tai chi, pilates, yoga and relaxation exercises. The aim of the lesson is to improve the participants’ awareness of their bodies’ abilities and mobility. Thus, after the lesson your body will feel relaxed and you’re breathing free.

When done regularly, this type of exercise will prevent the building of stress in your body and create new resources You will become familiar with the use of neurogenic vibration in relaxing exercises. This method can help ease pain in the neck and shoulder area which is often in connection to unaware muscle tension caused by stress. This lesson will give you tips on how to stay energetic at work! COUNTER STRIKE TO SITTING – LÅNGVIK PILATES

Långvik pilates lessons will strengthen the part of your body where the strength lies: the core, and also open up the parts of the body that have been burdened with sitting. Office work and especially remote and mobile work comes with ergonomic challenges that cause many kinds of ailments on the support and musculoskeletal system.

This lesson will focus on exercises for the core and mobility while strengthening the back and opening tension in the shoulder area. Long opening streches are also given to tense hip flexors and glutes, the care of which can also ease back pain. The lesson will give you tips for exercising at home as well as everyday body maintnance. We will make the lesson light or intense according to your wishes. You participate in the lesson in comfortable clothing that is suited for a light exercise with bare feet.
